  O: Yes, all of our items are new and 100% authentic.
 P: International Customers: I bought my items separately, will they ship separate?
  O: Yes. If you purchase the items separately, they will be shipped separately. If you purchased the item using the shopping cart feature, you are eligible for the combined shipping discount which is reflected on your invoice and therefore your items will ship together.
 P: Why isn't my international tracking number giving me detailed tracking?
  O: USPS Express International Shipping is the only shipping method that contains detailed tracking. All others will show is that the label was printed. Please be aware that your item is on its way to you. Please check with your customs office in a couple of weeks and reference the customs number provided. Thank you!
 P: I'm an international customer, which shipping method should I choose?
  O: It is highly recommended that customers in Brazil and Russia choose Express Mail International as this method provides detailed tracking.
 P: I live in the UK, where is my item?
  O: If you're ordering goods from abroad, or buying and sending to the UK goods you may have to pay Customs Duty, Excise Duty or Import VAT. What's due - if anything - depends on the type of goods and where they come from. Any Customs Duty must be paid by the recipient once the goods have arrived in the UK but before the goods are delivered.
