We accept payment through eBay, Paypal or over the phone. Your item(s) will be shipped as soon as the payment comes through.

We post Monday - Friday. Most orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment. If you order prior to 15:00 and the funds are cleared, your item(s)will be dispatched the same day as the payment was made. For most of our items, we deliver through the courier APC. Every other item will be shipped via Royal Mail and will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following business day.

All orders will be delivered to the registered eBay address, unless previously agreed with BDLA Accessories Ltd and the Customer. Customers must comply with eBay policies and keep their personal details correct and up to date, BDLA Accessories Ltd will not accept responsibility for additional delivery costs due to incorrect address details.
Christmas Delivery Schedule
To ensure you receive your item before the big day, we ask that you place your order before 2pm on Friday the 19th of December. If you wish to place an order after then up until Monday the 22nd of December, provided you place your order before 2pm and pay for the next day courier service we provide, your item(s) will be with you the following day (23rd of December). For any orders after this we cannot guarantee the delivery to be with you for Christmas.
Should your product not arrive within 3 business days of dispatch, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier and trace the delivery.
Should your purchase arrive damaged please contact us immediately so we can start an investigation claim.
Item not suitable/change of mind
Please contact email@example.com if the item is not suitable. We accept returns provided they are made within 14 days of receipt. All tags, labels and original packaging must be intact. Buyer is responsible for all return costs and has a legal responsibility to take care of the item while in their possession. If an exchange is required due to size, we may be able to collect the unwanted item when delivering the replacement. Please contact us for details. Items undelivered and not collected from your post office will be returned to us and may result in additional P+P charges to re-post. In the UK you have rights under the Distance Selling Regulations with regards to internet shopping. More information can be found here.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item is found to be faulty or damaged on receipt please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund including return postage costs. An investigation and/or compensation claim will be made to the carrier/royal mail who may also contact you for more information.
All refunds are paid back by the same method of payment. That's to say that if you paid by paypal, we will refund your paypal account. No exceptions.
